Meet Bianca

Hi, I’m Bianca – a passionate business owner, mum, and accountant with over 20 years of experience in the industry, including 7+ years as a registered tax agent. I completed my degree while juggling two pregnancies and raising young kids, then launched my career as a tax agent.

After years in the industry, I found myself at a crossroads when I was made redundant. Faced with the choice of continuing to work for someone else or taking a leap of faith, I decided it was time to take control of my career. The long commute I’d been doing was mentally draining, and flexibility had become my non-negotiable priority. That’s when I knew starting my own business was the right move to better balance work and family life.

I’m particularly passionate about helping female entrepreneurs, especially mums, because I believe that when women succeed, society thrives. I’ve seen firsthand how small changes in a business can have a big impact, and I’m on a mission to help mums like me balance business and family while making their ventures successful.

From my experience, the key to business success lies in having solid systems, understanding your numbers, and ensuring you're prepared for tax obligations like BAS and super. Many small business owners have seen huge improvements by implementing simple yet powerful changes – like charging what they’re truly worth or getting their tax structure in order.

What sets me apart from other accountants (besides my pink hair) is my approachable nature and ability to break down complex concepts in an easy-to-understand way. I’m not just here to crunch numbers; I’m here to help you see the bigger picture. For example, one of my clients was marketing their business under a cool name, but hadn’t actually registered it with their ABN. It could’ve caused issues down the line, but with some proactive advice, they got back on track and avoided potential headaches.

When I’m not helping small business owners navigate their finances, you’ll find me sipping coffee with my French Bulldog, taking a stroll on the beach, or diving into home renovation projects.

If you’re a small business owner—especially a mum balancing it all—I’m here to share insights on how you can take control of your business’s future and build something that lasts..
